Autoclave Electric Coning & Threading Tool
Our Parker Autoclave Engineer’s coning and threading machines allow for high quality coning and threading of medium and high pressure tubing.
Autoclave's state of the art technology allows the ability to cone and thread simultaneously making the electric machine ideal for large workloads or for use with larger tubing which cannot be coned and threaded by hand.
Parker Autoclave Manual Coning & Threading Toolkit
The Parker Autoclave Manual Coning & Threading Toolkit completes our tube fabrication equipment and is ideal for coning & threading 1/4", 3/8”, 5/16” and 9/16” OD medium and high pressure tubing.
This toolkit comes with all the required tools to match your coning and threading needs. The tool is supplied with a useful chip and oil reservoir resulting in a clean operation. All items are supplied in a hand-carry case.
Autoclave Hydraulic Tube Bender
Parker Autoclave Engineer's hydraulic tube bending system is designed expressly for Parker Autoclave Medium and High Pressure tubing of stainless steel and other alloys. Ideal for use on a variety of pipework installations and for general engineering applications and providing a bending radius of up to 180degrees.
This system provides fast accurate and reliable bending with the correct radii for O.D. tubing sizes from 1/4"through 1". Only one setup is required. The Tube Bender is complete with pump, cylinder, frame and bending shoes, self contained in a portable case with a total weight of 25kgs.
Hose / Pipe Cleaner
The PSI launchers are a robust, lightweight, air tool ergonomically designed to connect with an extensive range of special purpose heads and attachments. The PSI launchers can quickly and effectively clean hose, tube and pipe from 5/32” to 4” in a variety of commercial and industrial applications by firing a foam pellet that is larger than the internal diameter being cleaned. The pellets are able to clean “T” and “U” joints, 90 degree bends and Circular configurations.
