Development of Forged Near-to-Shape Connectors
Working closely with our business development and procurement teams we have significantly improved designs and source of supply for near-to-shape forgings to support our FUSION XP™ range. Available from stock in inconel 625, super duplex, standard 316L Low Sulphur 316L and Low Sulphur High Moly 316L, this development enables Hydrasun to reduce costs and improve availability of this key produce range.
Stabplates
We are proud of our impressive record of investment in our people, equipment and overall capabilities. This focus led to our first order from a major subsea OEM for 20 complex subsea stabplates. Manufactured using our new high precision Mori Seiki NH 4000 DCG horizontal machining centre, and inspected for quality control using our new state of the art Aberlink Axion 600 CNC CMM Precision Measuring System, this project delivery was a significant milestone for Hydrasun and a great platform to manufacture similar products in the future.
