Integrated Turnkey Solutions
Our integrated turnkey package includes project management from design to delivery, pressure testing and flushing to the appropriate standards and the provision of the requisite documentation packages.
Hardware Integration
We are experts on the integration of stabplates, diver-mateable couplings, ROV couplings and custom built hardware manufactured by most industry recognised providers. We provide a turnkey product which includes the specified subsea end terminations, pressure testing in accordance with subsea industry standard (ISO 13628-5); flushing to ISO AS4059 standard with the requisite subsea fluid and supplied on powered reelers, carousels or deployment frames.
Deployment Frames
Hydrasun designs, manufactures and supplies Flying Lead Deployment Frames (FLDFs) along with custom built Hydraulic Flying Leads (HFLs) and Electro-Hydraulic Flying Leads (EFLs). We offer a fully integrated service which includes testing and flushing and loading directly onto the Hydrasun supplied deployment frame (FLDF), or client supplied deployment frames, ready for subsea deployment.
Reeler Integration
We supply customer specified reelers on request, which are integrated with our range of custom built umbilicals and jumpers. We also offer integration of our umbilical products onto client owned reelers, on-site in our purpose built Aberdeen manufacturing facility.
Pressure Testing
Hydrasun’s range of Umbilicals, Jumpers and Flying Leads are fully tested in accordance with client specific requirements, or the ISO 13628-5 industry standard. We offer testing with a range of subsea fluids and results are provided within the MRB, or specific documentation pack.
Cleanliness Flushing
All Umbilicals, Jumpers and Flying Leads are supplied flushed clean to ISO AS 4059 standards with subsea fluids, as specified by our client. We offer the flushing service with a range of subsea fluids and cleanliness test results are provided to the customer within the MRB, or specific documentation pack.
Modification, Recertification
We provide an inspection, modification, repair and retermination service for all Hydrasun supplied Umbilicals, Flying Leads and Jumpers. On completion the product will be fully tested and flushed clean to customer and/or industry standard. A full suite of documentation is provided.
FAT & Inspection
All Hydrasun Umbilicals, Jumpers and Flying Leads are subject to inspection and FAT. Our team of qualified inspection technicians undertake and record a specified set of inspection and testing criteria during manufacture and on completion. We also support customer and 3rd party inspections.
