Drilling & Cementing Hoses

As drilling operation methods evolve, become deeper, with increasing pressure and higher temperatures, Hydrasun can provide a range of drilling and cementing hose solutions to meet these challenging conditions.  Our key offering includes rotary drilling / vibrator hose grade D and E, choke and kill, cement and sour hoses.  The Hydrasun range supports the pumping of mud at very high pressure during drilling and exploration campaigns.  Available hose assemblies include:

• Rotary Drilling Hoses to API 7K psi.   Size: 2” to 4” with Working Pressure from 5,000  (Grade D) – 7,500 psi (Grade E).  DNV & ABS Type Approval is available. Cementing Hoses are also available as 2” & 3" 10,000 psi.  For 15,000 psi applications please see Black Eagle.
• End Terminations - Hose Tail threaded c/w Hammer Lug Unions, Buttweld Fittings c/w API Flanges, Hubs, Swivels. Safety Clamps & Hose Lifters available.
• Choke & Kill Hose Assemblies to API 16C are also available upon request.
