Hydrasun has developed a suite of flexible hose solutions for subsea intervention & commissioning applications that can also be used as dispersal lines for emergency response situations.

Available in 1”, 2" and 3” sizes from 5K psi to 15K psi, this family of products are available in long lengths up to 1000m and offer excellent chemical  resistance providing long service life. The unique Colorguard  safety system with extra thick cover offers good abrasion resistance. Black Eagle is often used in high pressure specialty drilling applications like cementing, choke & kill.

Airborne is a lightweight, high collapse resistant, Thermoplastic Composite Pipe with good load bearing properties.  This product is available in various sizes, manufactured to order however Hydrasun is able to offer 2” Jumper lines from stock with the appropriate end fittings in short turnaround times.  With a full range of ancillaries also available, this product offers good fatigue performance whilst a smooth bore facilitates high flow rates.
